The present bail application has been filed by the accused- applicants under Section 483 of the B.N.S.S, 2023 in connection with FIR No. 198/2024, registered at Police Station Gopalgarh, District Deeg for the offences punishable under Sections 3 & 4/8 of the Rajasthan Bovine Animal (Prohibition of Slaughter and Regulation of Temporary Migration or Export) Act, 1995 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act of 1995'), by which the bail application of the accused-applicants under Section 483 of the B.N.S.S, 2023 has been dismissed.
