11/12/2025 Heard learned counsel for the applicant-appellant and learned Public Prosecutor on the application for suspension of sentence.

The applicant-appellant herein has been convicted for offence punishable under Section 120B of IPC vide judgment dated 25.11.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge, Prevention of Corruption Act Cases, Kota in Criminal Case No.11/2010 (CNR No.RJKTO5-000005-2010) (CIS No.86567/2014) and has been sentenced to maximum punishment of three years.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the sentence awarded to the applicant-appellant has already been suspended by the trial Court for a month.
