1. The present bail application under Section 483 of BNSS is filed by the applicant-Jeetram @ Jitendra S/o Shambhudayal seeking bail in respect of a criminal case registered as FIR No.187/2024 dated 14.06.2024 registered at P.S. Todabhim District – Gangapur City, for the offence under Sections 143, 323, 341, 365, 384, 342, 392 of IPC.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the matter and the investigation against him is complete and he is no more required in investigation. He further submits that there are no chance of fleeing of applicant accused from the jurisdiction of this Hon’ble Court. The applicant does not have any criminal antecedents. He also submits that the applicant undertakes not to repeat offence and cooperate with trial, which will take time.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that first bail application was dismissed on 11.09.2025 and now police has filed a charge-sheet. He further submits that the FIR is registered by complainant Hemraj Meena on allegation of robbery and assault but during investigation, police has noted the allegations to be true but file a charge-sheet under different charges. He also submits that as per police report, five criminal cases were registered against the petitioner and out of which one relating to noise control and two relating to simple incident. He has referred material relating to the case registered against the petitioner and submitted that the present petitioner is on bail in said cases. He also submits that currently the petitioner is in custody since his arrest and he is entitled to be released on bail.
4. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that the allegations are grave and serious in nature. He has also filed a report received from concerned Police Station.
5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material placed on record by both the parties and also considered the report submitted by PP received from PS Todabheem.

First Bail Application No.11506/2025 was dismissed by this Court on 11.09.2025 after considering submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the complainant, the bail application was dismissed. We have specifically observed that the complainant Hemraj Meena has lodged a report about incident of 29.05.2024 for assault and snatching of vehicle with money. During investigation, vehicle was recovered and further on examination, it was found that the accused has tempered the engine number and chesis number and on basis of investigation, the petitioner was arrested on 20.08.2025 and thereafter, a charge-sheet is filed against the petitioner. After filing of the charge-sheet, a second bail application is preferred before this Court without approaching the trial Court and the Sessions Court.
7. The material on record indicate that five criminal cases were registered against the petitioner and the detail is provided by police and also by learned counsel for the petitioner. In one of the FIR No.429/2021 registered at PS Todabhim, the present petitioner has entered into a compromise with injured victim and further he was acquitted on 11.12.2021. One case relating to Noise Control Act whereas in other cases, the trial is pending.
