1. The instant application for suspension of sentence has been moved on behalf of the applicant in the matter of judgment dated 15.02.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jaisalmer in Sessions Case No.43/2022 whereby he was convicted and sentenced to suffer maximum imprisonment of 7 years’ R.I. along with a fine of Rs.50,000/- under Section 307 of IPC and lesser punishment for the other offences under Sections 324, 323 & 352 of the IPC.

2. It is contended by the learned counsel for the appellant that the learned trial Judge has not appreciated the correct, legal and factual aspects of the matter and thus, reached at an erroneous conclusion
