1. The instant writ petitions have been filed with the following prayers:-

In S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 10534/2018:-

“(i) The respondents may be directed to promote the petitioner on the post of Senior Medical Officer / Junior Specialist at the pay scale of Rs. 15600-39100 Grade 6600/- w.e.f. the date from the candidates who have been appointed on the post of Senior Medical Officer /Junior Specialist in pursuance of the order dated 15/06/2016 (Annexure-8) with all consequential benefits alongwith interest (ii) The respondents may be directed to consider the initial date of appointment of the petitioner as 24/08/2007 and accordingly his service benefits may be allowed to him (iii) The respondents may be directed to allow the pay scale w.e.f. the date of his appointment in pursuance of order dated 14/03/2011 without considering the petitioner under probation period alongwith interest.

(v) The respondents may be directed to allowed the benefits of fixation of pay scale after seventh pay commission on the basis of pay grade of Rs. 6600/-

instead of the pay grade of Rs. 5400/-

(iv) Any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court deems just and proper may kindly be assed in favour of the petitioner.”

In S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 10530/2018:-

(v) The respondents may be directed to allowed the benefits of fixation of pay scale after seventh pay commission on the basis of pay grade of Rs. 6600/-

instead of the pay grade of Rs. 5400/-

(iv) Any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court deems just and proper may kindly be assed in favour of the petitioner.”
