1. The instant application for suspension of sentence has been moved on behalf of the applicant in the matter of judgment dated 27.01.2026 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, District Udaipur in Sessions Case No.272/2024 whereby he was convicted and sentenced to suffer maximum imprisonment of 1 years’ S.I. along with a fine of Rs.10,000/- under Section4/25 of the Arms Act.
