1. The instant application for suspension of sentence has been moved on behalf of the applicant in the matter of judgment dated 30.01.2026 passed by the learned Special Judge NDPS Case, Additional Sessions Judge, Rawatsar, District Hanumangarh in Sessions Case No.25/2025 whereby he was convicted and sentenced to suffer maximum imprisonment of 3 years’ R.I. along with a fine of Rs.10,000/- under Section 8/18 (B) of the NDPS Act.
