1. This bail application under Section 482 BNSS has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with FIR No.602/2022 dated 19.10.2022, registered at P.S. Sukher, Udaipur for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the offences alleged against the present petitioner are triable by Magistrate. He further submits that the co-accused Harish has been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.09.2025 passed in S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 6783/2025.
