1. The petitioner has filed this interim bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.272/2025 registered at Police Station Sangriya, District Hanumangarh for offence under Sections 103(1), 331(8), 115(2), 126(2), 324(4), 189(2), 191(1), 191(2), 191(3) of BNS-2023.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with the aforesaid case. It is contended that the petitioner's younger brother marriage is going to be solemnized on 18.02.2026 and the presence of petitioner is required on this eve. It is further immediately after expiry of the interim bail period and shall not misuse the liberty so granted.

4. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer; however, he does not dispute the marriage of petitioner's younger brother namely Ravideep.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the material available on record, and particularly considering the fact that the marriage of the petitioner’s brother is scheduled to be solemnized on 18.02.2026, which fact stands duly verified by the police report dated 10.02.2026, and further considering that the presence of the petitioner is required for the said eve, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to grant interim bail to the petitioner for a limited period of two days.

The petitioner Subhash Chandra S/o Kashi Ram is directed to be released on interim bail for a period of 02 days commencing from 18.02.2026 to 19.02.2026, in connection with aforesaid FIR on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court / Jail Authority, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the concerned jail authorities immediately upon expiry of the interim bail period of 02 days, unless the period is extended by a competent court.

after the expiry of the interim bail period, the authorities shall be at liberty to proceed against him in accordance with law.

8. The interim application stands disposed of accordingly.
