The matter comes up on an application filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of BNSS (IA No.01/2025) on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of the interim/temporary bail granted by this Court vide order dated 27.11.2025, passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.13580/2025 on the ground of treatment of petitioner’s wife.
