1. The application (I.A. No. 01/2026) has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of period of interim bail granted by this Court vide order dated 23.01.2026.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier, the petitioner was granted interim bail for a period of 20 days on the ground of his surgery for hemorrhoids (piles). He further submits that the petitioner is also suffering from heart ailment CAD-ACS and hypertention and due to some medical complications, the surgery of the petitioner could not be performed and he is still admitted in the hospital and under medical observation of the doctor.
