1. The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:-

“i. The Respondent No.3 may be directed to issue affiliation to the Petitioner Institute to conduct B.Sc. (N)course for the academic session

2025-26 for 30 seats;

ii. The Petitioner Institute may be permitted to under take the B.Sc. (N) Course for the academic session 2025-

26.

iii. That the Respondent no. 4 (Private Federation) may be directed to allot students to the Petitioner's Institute on vacant seats;

iv. Any other appropriate relief which this Hon'ble Court deems just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favour of the Petitioner.”

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the NOC has been granted to the petitioner-institution. He further submits that in view of the subsequent developments the present writ petition may be disposed of.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the respondents submit that respondents have issued the NOC after the last date of affiliation, however, submit that petitioner would be liable for payment of the affiliation fee, including late fee and penalty, if any, and the petitioner would be required to adhere with the guidelines of RUHS/RNC and other authorities while seeking affiliation/recognition.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents.

5. In view of the submissions made above, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondent -RUHS to permit the petitioner to participate in the counseling for B.Sc. (N)Session 2025-26, if any, and proceed with the affiliation to the petitioner with further conditions that the petitioner would be liable for payment of the affiliation fee, including late fee and penalty, if any, and the petitioner would be required to adhere with the guidelines of RUHS/RNC and other authorities while seeking affiliation/recognition.

6. All other pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
