1. The leaned counsel for the petitioners submits that as regards the allegation against the Kota District Cricket Association (for short ‘the Association’), an inquiry was initiated on 03.12.2024 and in that regard, notice was also issued by the Inquiry Officer on 11.12.2024. The Inquiry Officer after completing the inquiry, submitted an inquiry report on 17.01.2025. He further submits that on the basis of the inquiry report dated 17.01.2025, the Deputy Registrar passed an order for constitution an Ad hoc Executive Committee on 24.01.2025. Against the order dated 24.01.2025, an appeal was preferred before the Appellate Authority, which came to be dismissed on 28.07.2025 and against the order of Appellate Authority, S.B. Civil Revision Petition No.295/2025 is pending before the High Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that once the inquiry has been conducted as regards the allegations against the Association, the respondents have no jurisdiction to initiate a second inquiry for the same allegations against same Association, however, the respondents have initiated the second inquiry. On the basis of the second inquiry report dated 10.12.2025, they have issued notice to the petitioners on 12.12.2025. It is also submitted that after filing this petition, the concerned Authority relying upon the second inquiry report, has also passed an adverse order against the petitioners on

29.12.2025.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners have statutory remedy of appeal under Section 35 of the Rajasthan Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Association) Act, 2005 (for short ‘Act of 2005’), this Court feels that the petitioners should approach the Appellate Authority, if they feel aggrieved by the final order dated 29.12.2025.

3. In case the petitioners prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority under Section 35 of the Act of 2005 within a period of ten days from today, same shall be treated to be within the limitation.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court also deems appropriate to direct the Appellate Authority that in case the petitioners prefer an appeal, same be decided within a period of three months from the date of filing the appeal.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as above.

6. The stay application and pending application, if any, also stand disposed of.
