1. The instant bail application under Section 483 of BNSS has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, who is in custody in connection with FIR No.19/2025 registered at Police Station Sainthal, District Dausa for the offences punishable under under Sections 305(a) & 331(4) of the BNS, 2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that the alleged offences are triable by Magistrate.
