1. The instant pre-arrest bail application has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS., on behalf of the petitioner, who is having apprehension of his arrest in connection with FIR No.159/2020 registered at Police Station Behror, District Bhiwadi for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 & 471 of IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that accused- petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that principal accused of this case is Naseem Quresh, who has already been granted benefit of regular bail by this Court vide order dated 18.02.2025.
