The instant bail application under Section 483 of BNSS has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, who is in custody in connection with FIR No.220/2025 registered at Police Station Mandawar (Dausa), District Dausa for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 3(5) & 352 of the BNS, 2023.

2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that the accused-applicant has falsely been implicated in this matter.
