This bail application under Section 483 of BNSS has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, who has been arrested in connection with FIR No.240/2024 registered at Police Station Kaman, District Deeg (Raj.) for offence punishable under Section 5/8 of Rajasthan Bovine Animals (Prohibition of Slaughter & Regulation of Temporary Migration & Export), Act, 1995. After completion of investigation, police filed charge-sheet in this matter.
