1. The instant bail application under Section 483 of BNSS has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, who is in custody in connection with FIR No.190/2025 registered at Police Station Mandhan, District Kotputli-Behror for offences punishable under under Sections 115(2), 126(2) & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, (in short ‘BNS’) 2023. After completion of investigation, police filed charge-sheet in this case for offence punishable under Section 103(1) of the BNS, 2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that admittedly, complainant is not an eye-witness
