1. This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of the B.N.S.S. in connection with FIR No.05/2025 registered at Police Station Cyber Police Station (Baran), District Baran, for offences under Sections 318(4) &

316(2) of B.N.S. and Section 66d of Information Technology Act.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 29.10.2025.
