1. This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of the B.N.S.S. in connection with FIR No.301/2025 registered at Police Station Nihalganj, District Dholpur for offences under Sections 318(4), & 319(2) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 66D of Information Technology Act.
