Reserved on : 15 /12/2025 Pronounced on : 07 / 01 /202 6 This application for bail under Section 483 of BNSS (439 Cr.P.C.) has been filed by the petitioner who has been arrested in connection with FIR No.6/2025 registered at Police Station Banar, Jodhpur City (East), for offences under Sections 8/21 of the NDPS Act and Section 341(1) of BNS.

As per the prosecution, during nakabandi, on 06.01.2025, a team of Police Station Banar apprehended a motorcycle having registration No.RJ-07-CZ-0030 (fake number plate) being driven by the petitioner and on search being made, contraband MD (Mephedrone) weighing 91.76 gms. was recovered. The petitioner was arrested on the spot.
