1. This application for bail has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of BNSS (old Section 439 of Cr.P.C.) in connection with FIR No. 149/2025 dated 08.10.2025, Police Station Mandar, Sirohi, for the offences under Sections 3/25 of the Arms Act, 1959. After investigation, offences under Section 5(1)(4), 8 and

29 of the Arms Act, 1959, were added.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case and false allegations have been levelled against him. The co-accused Sher Mohammad, Salim and Gafur have already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide orders dated 10.12.2025 passed in S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Applications Nos.14327
