1. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to quash the order dated 11.12.2025 passed by respondent No. 2 – the Rajasthan State Information Commissioner, Jaipur, in Second Appeal No. RIC/BARA/A/2025/015414 and to direct the respondent No. 1 – Public Information Officer and Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Anta, District Baran, Rajasthan to provide information sought by the petitioner in the application filed by him under Section 6(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (for short, ‘the Act
