1. Pursuant to order of this Court dated 20.01.2026, Shri Krishna Kunal, Education Secretary and also Shri Sitaram Jat, Director, Elementary & Secondary Education, Rajasthan are present.
2. Learned Advocate General submits that he has filed an additional affidavit today pursuant to aforesaid order.
3. Concerning safety of the school going children, learned Advocate General extended an assurance to have a detailed discussion, for arrangement of necessary finance, with the Chief Secretary and the Finance Secretary this week itself. He prays that two weeks’ time may be granted to come with concrete proposal in this regard. A similar assurance is extended by Shri Bharat Vyas, learned Additional Solicitor General of India to solicit funds from the Central Government.
