1. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:-

“It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that the writ petition be kindly allowed and this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to:

(i) By an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, the Respondent be directed to pay the stipend dues to the Petitioner for post graduate course (M.D./M.S.) in Ayurveda for the period 2019 to 2022.

(ii) By an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, set-aside the Order dated 13.11.2019, passed by the Respondent Institute.

(iii) Any other appropriate writ, order or direction as may be deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, be kindly passed in favour of the petitioner
