1. The petitioner has filed this interim bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.214/2025 registered at Police Station Bhanipura, District Churu for offence under Sections 8/15, 25 of NDPS Act.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with the aforesaid case. It is contended that the wife of the petitioner is in an advanced stage of pregnancy and, as per medical advice, requires constant care and emotional support, which can be provided only by the petitioner and the due date of delivery of petitioner's wife is 23.02.2026
