1. The petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.72/2025 registered at Police Station Alwar Gate, District Ajmer for offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109(1) of BNS.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in judicial custody in connection with the aforesaid case. It is contended that the petitioner's mother has expired on 08.02.2026, and the last rites are to be performed. Learned counsel
