1. The petitioners have filed this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.512/2025 registered at Police Station Sangriya, District Hanumangarh for offences under Sections 109(1) 115(2), 331(7), 331(8), 190, 191(2) and 191(3) of the BNS, 2023.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that although the petitioners have been named in the FIR, but in the statement of the injured Durga Singh, the allegations regarding the infliction of grievous and life-threatening injuries have specifically been attributed to Manindra Singh and Nirmal Singh. He contends that the injured Durga Singh has categorically named the said persons as the assailants responsible for causing the deadly injuries. He further submits that as per the medical report the other injured persons namely Rani Kaur and Roop Singh sustained only simple injuries caused by a blunt weapon. It is also argued that no specific injury has been attributed to the present petitioners. They have falsely been implicated in the present case on the basis of false and concocted grounds. He again submits that the petitioners are behind the bars since 23.10.2025. The trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioners in further custody and the bail application of the petitioners may be allowed. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.

5. On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in the light of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners.

Consequently, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that the petitioners Rai Sahab S/o Prem Kumar, Rajendra Alias Raju S/o Prem Kumar and Sunil Kumar Alias Ninu S/o Late Shri Shivdayal be released on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing till conclusion of the trial.
