1. The petitioner has filed this 2^nd interim bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.193/2022 registered at Police Station Sindhari, District Balotra for offence under Sections 8 and

15 of NDPS, 1985.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with the aforesaid case. It is contended that the petitioner’s son expired on 07.01.2026, and the trial court had earlier granted interim bail to the petitioner for the purpose of performing funeral rites.
