1. The petitioners have filed the instant application seeking rectification/correction of a clerical/typographical error that has inadvertently crept into the order dated 13.02.2026 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.24509/2025.

2. It is inter alia indicated in the application that in Para No.4 of the aforesaid order dated 13.02.2026, the designation of the post has been erroneously recorded as “Medical Officer” instead of the correct and intended designation i.e. “Nursing Officer”.

3. In view of the above and for the cogent reasons detailed in the application, which are found to be well-founded, the instant application is allowed.

4. It is accordingly directed that in Para No.4 of the order dated 13.02.2026 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 24509/2025, the words “Medical Officer” shall be read, substituted and construed as “Nursing Officer”.

5. The present order shall form an integral part and parcel of the original order dated 13.02.2026 and shall be read harmoniously therewith. (DR. NUPUR BHATI),J
