1. The application (I.A. No.01/2026) has been filed seeking extension of the interim/temporary bail granted by this Court vide order dated 14.08.2025 passed in S.B. Criminal Writ Petition No.157/2025.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner was granted three months interim bail to undergo knee replacement surgery vide order dated 14.08.2025. The surgery for one knee replacement was undertaken whereas, same could not be performed in relation to another knee, therefore, the period of interim bail was extended
