The instant application for suspension of sentence has been moved on behalf of the applicant in the matter of judgment dated 11.02.2026 passed by the learned Special Judge, NDPS Act Cases, District Hanumangarh in Sessions Case No.65/2020 whereby he was convicted and sentenced to suffer maximum rigorous imprisonment of three months’ along with a fine of Rs.2,500/- and in default of payment further to undergo 10 days’ imprisonment under Sections
