1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:-

“It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that your lordships may graciously be pleased to accept and allow this writ peti-

tion and may kindly call for record if this Hon’ble Court so pleases;

(I) By issue of an appropriate writ, order or direction, this Hon’ble Court may gra- ciously be pleased to appoint a High Level Committee to examine the discrepancies, cuttings and interpolations made by the Examiner, while examining the Answer book of Law Paper -II of the Petitioner in the Recruitment to the Civil Judge Cadre Examination, 2018, which resulted in re- duction of 7 marks to the petitioner in the aforesaid paper; and may also direct the Respondents to revise the result sheet of the petitioner so as to increase her marks in Law Paper- II accordingly.

(ii) By issue of an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondents may kindly be directed to revise and increase the marks of the petitioner in aforesaid Law Paper -II examination from 44.5 to 51.5 and consequently, aggregate marks of en- tire Examination from 147.5 to 154.5 and accordingly she may be selected and ap- pointed on the post of Civil Judge and Judi- cial Magistrate in Civil Judge Cadre pur- suant to aforesaid advertisement dated 15.11.2018 along with all consequential benefits.

(ii) (a)By way of issue of appropriate writ, order or direction thereby order dated 23.12.2020 issued by respondents in re- spect of respondent No. 4 Shri Aditya Sharma may kindly be quashed and set aside and instead of respondent No. 4, the petitioner may kindly be given appointment on the post of Civil Judge Cadre along with all consequential benefits.

Any other appropriate relief, order as may be deemed fit and proper looking to the facts of the case by this Hon’ble Court may also kindly be passed in favour of the hum-

ble petitioner.”

2. Brief facts as reflected from the record are that an advertisement dated 15.11.2018 was issued holding recruitment for the post of Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate in Civil Judge Cadre for 197 vacancies in terms of Rajasthan Judicial Service Rules, 2010 (hereinafter to be referred as the Rules, 2010). Basically there are three stages in the selection process i.e. 1. Preliminary Examination, 2. Main Examination and 3. Interview and thereafter other requirements to be fulfilled as per various orders/circulars issued from time to time. The petitioner applied for the said post pursuant to the advertisement dated 15.11.2018 and appeared in the preliminary examination and being qualified was called for and appeared in the Main Examination and thereafter in the interview. The final result of the examination was declared on 19.11.2019 wherein the cut off for the category of General Candidate to which the petitioner belongs was declared as 153.5 marks and the petitioner secured 147.5 marks and there-
