1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with following prayers:-

"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed by any appropriate writ, order or direction the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to accept and allow the writ petition, call for the record and after examine the same the impugned letter dated

30.12.2025 [Annexure-7] by debarring the candidature of the petitioner may kindly be declared null and void and same may be quashed and set aside and respondents may kindly be directed to consider the candidature of the petitioner for selection on the post of Patwari on the basis of his certificate of disability dated 27.11.2017 or alternatively carry out the fresh re-assessment his disability by the authority under the Act, 2016 and rules, 2017 and further be directed to give appointment to him in the applied category as per order of merit with all consequential benefits.

Any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioner."

2. Vide order dated 20.01.2026 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.849/2026 the petitioner was directed to appear before the Director of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Jodhpur on 06.02.2026 for medical examination by Board to assess impairment/physical disability and report of such medical examination be sent to the respondents as well as to this Court.

3. In compliance of order dated 20.01.2026, AIIMS Jodhpur has sent one report along with letter dated 13.02.2026, wherein it has been mentioned that although the petitioner appeared on 06.02.2026 before the Medical Board constituted by the AIIMS, Jodhpur, however, he refused to undergo medical examination for the purpose of assessment of disability.

4. Medical Examination report dated 06.02.2026 along with letter dated 13.02.2026 is taken on record.

5. In view of the fact that, where the petitioner himself refused to undergo medical examination for assessment of disability despite clear cut order dated 20.01.2026 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, there is no scope of interference in the instant writ petition.

6. Hence, the writ petition filed by the petitioner is hereby dismissed.

7. Pending application(s), if any, also stand(s), disposed of.
