The instant revision petition has been preferred under Section 438 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with Section 442 BNSS, assailing the legality, propriety and correctness of the order dated 14.11.2025 passed by the learned District Judge, Pokaran, District Jaisalmer, in Sessions Case No. 34/2025 (State v. Ishaq & Ors.), whereby charges have been framed against the petitioners under Sections 191(2), 121(1) or 121(1)/190, 132 or 132/190, 131 or 131/190, 263(b) or 263(b)/190, 61(2)(a) and 111(2)(b) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
