[Spl. Appl. Writ No. 1415/2025 & 1417/2025]
1. The appeal being D.B. Special Appeal Writ No. 1417/2025 has been filed assailing the order dated 19.05.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge and the appeal being D.B. Special Appeal Writ No. 1415/2025 has been filed challenging the subsequent order dated 30.05.2025 passed suo moto by correcting the cause title of order passed earlier on 19.05.2025.
2. The contents of the applications for leave to appeals are similar and both the applications are, therefore, being decided commonly.
3. The applicant before us submits that he had filed writ petitions being Civil Writ Petition Nos.18231/2022 [Aditya Sharma Vs. Board of Revenue], 13969/2022 [Aditya Sharma Vs. JDA] and 19381/2022 [Aditya Sharma Vs. State of Rajasthan] and 2234/2026 [Aditya Sharma Vs. Board of Revenue], wherein he had challenged various orders passed by the Board of Revenue, JDA and State of Rajasthan, whereby he has prayed as under:

"It is therefore, humbly prayed that this writ petition may kindly be allowed and

Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order, direction and quash the order dated 05.04.2022 and 12.04.2022 (Annex-21) passed by lay out plan committee cum competent authority of the Jodhpur Development Authority Jodhpur and the layout plan submitted by the respondents for change the land use may kindly be rejected the respondent authority may kindly be directed to ensure the use of land according to the order dated 25.06.1969.
2. Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order, direction and quashed the proceedings initiate under Section 90-A of the Land Revenue Act and the Rules of 2012, the order dated 28.02.2022 (Annex-15) and 11.03.2022 (Annex-17) may also quashed and set aside.
3. Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order, direction be issued and the subsequent proceedings in pursuance of the order dated 28.02.2022 may also declare invalid and without jurisdiction.
4. Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order, direction be issued and the proposal dated 07.04.2021 taken by the respondents society for sale of the land may kindly be declared invalid and against the order dated 25.09.1969 passed by District Collector Jodhpur.
5. Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order, direction and the land of the Khasra No.903/747 (presently Khasra No.906/747/2, 903/747/3 and 903/747/1) Rakba 52 Bigha may kindly be entered in the name of State Government in the terms and condition of the order dated 25.06.1969 and the District Collector Jodhpur may direct to take over the possession of the land in favour of the State, the structure and the construction whatever made upon the land may also be removed from the land in question.
6. Any other writ, direction or order necessary for ends of justice be issued.

M/s Karuna Distributor" pending before the Board of Revenue Ajmer may kindly be accept and till the decision of revision petition the respondents may kindly be directed to maintain the status quo of the land of Khasra No. 903/747 (903/747/2 and 903/747/3) of village Jodhpur, Tehsil and District Jodhpur. The Board of Revenue Ajmer may further direct to decide the Revision petition expeditiously.
