1. By way of filing the present writ petition, the present has prayed for the following reliefs:-
“It is, therefore, humbly and respectfully prayed that this writ petition of the Petitioner may kindly be allowed: -
a) By writ, order an appropriate direction, the respondents may kindly be to expeditiously complete respondents vide directed the investigation as directed by the order dtd.
04.02.2026 (Annexure-6)
b) writ, order By an appropriate direction, any order be passed to time bound the respondents with regard to the investigation mentioned in order dtd 04.02.2026 (annexure
06).
c) Any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favour of the Petitioner.
D.Writ petition filed by the Petitioner may kindly be allowed with costs.”

After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if respondent No.2 – the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Sirohi is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner seeking expeditious completion of the inquiry in relation to Gram Panchayat Adarsh, Tehsil Pindwara, District Sirohi, through the committee constituted vide order dated 04.02.2026 (Annexure-6), in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusing the material available on record, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation, along with a certified copy of this order, within a period of ten days from today before respondent No.2 – the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Sirohi seeking expeditious inquiry in the matter concerning issuance of illegal pattas in Gram Panchayat Adarsh, Tehsil Pindwara, District Sirohi, through the committee constituted vide order dated 04.02.2026.
4. In the event such a representation is submitted, respondent No.2 – the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Sirohi shall consider the same and, if deemed necessary, issue appropriate directions to the committee constituted vide order dated 04.02.2026 for completion of the investigation/inquiry in the matter pertaining to issuance of illegal pattas during the period from 2011 to 2015 in Gram Panchayat Adarsh, Tehsil Pindwara, District Sirohi.
5. It is made clear that the aforesaid directions to decide the petitioner’s representation have been issued solely with a view to ensure expeditious redressal of the petitioner’s grievance and shall not be construed as a direction to decide the representation in any particular manner.
6. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition as well as the stay application stand disposed of.
