1. The instant application for suspension of sentence has been moved on behalf of the applicant in the matter of judgment dated 23.02.2026 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge (NDPS Act Cases) Sangariya, District Hanumangarh in Sessions Case No.24/2020 whereby he was convicted and sentenced to suffer maximum imprisonment of 3 years RI along with a fine of Rs.10,000/- under Sections 8/15 of NDPS Act.
