1. The instant application for suspension of sentence has been moved on behalf of the applicant in the matter of judgment dated 24.02.2026 passed by the learned Special Judge, NDPS Act Cases, Gulabpura, District Bhilwara in Session Case No.05/2019, whereby he was convicted and sentenced to suffer maximum imprisonment of 10 years’ R.I. under Sections 8/18 & 8/25 of NDPS Act (with a fine of Rs.50,000/- and in case of default of payment, further 1 months’ S.I.).
