1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-petitioner. The accused-petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.15/2026 registered at Police Station Kotwali Ganganagar District Sriganganagar for the offence(s) under Sections 318(4), 178, 179, 180 and 182(1) of BNS.

2. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that the accused-petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is contended that the other co-accused has already been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench vide order dated 18.02.2026.
