1. The application (I.A. No. 02/2026) has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of period of interim bail granted by this Court vide order dated 23.01.2026.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier, the petitioner was granted interim bail for a period of 20 days on the ground of his surgery for hemorrhoids (piles) which was extended for a period of 30 days vide order dated 11.02.2026. He further submits that the petitioner is also suffering from heart ailment CAD(Coronary Artery Disease), ACS (Acute Coronary Syndrome), DM (Diabetes Mellitus), Neuropathy/polyneuropathy and Lumber in the hospital and under medical observation of the doctor. In support of his contentions, learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance on the certificate and medical reports issued by competent authority of Government Hospital. It is, therefore, prayed that the period of interim bail granted to the petitioner may be further extended for a further period of three months.

4. On 13.03.2026, this Court directed the learned Public Prosecutor to procure petitioner’s medical report by the next date of hearing.

Today, the learned Public Prosecutor has produced a report dated 12.03.2026 received from the office of SHO Police Station Kanera, District Chittorgarh alongwith the report of Medical Board, District Hospital Neemuch which reflects that that the petitioner is also suffering from heart ailment CAD(Coronary Artery Disease), ACS (Acute Coronary Syndrome), DM (Diabetes Mellitus), Neuropathy and Lumber Radiculopathy and due to some medical complications he was advised to take rest for 14 weeks. Learned Public Prosecutor has although opposed the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, but, he does not refute the medical condition of the petitioner.

After considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and upon careful perusal of the material available on record, more particularly the fact that that the petitioner is suffering from heart ailment CAD(Coronary Artery Disease), ACS (Acute Coronary Syndrome), DM (Diabetes Mellitus), Neuropathy and appropriate to extend the period of interim bail of the petitioner for a further period of 30 days

In this background, considering the medical condition of the petitioner and the report submitted by the medical Board, District Hospital, Neemuch, the instant application is allowed and the period of interim bail already granted by this Court, vide order ibid, is hereby extended for 30 days. The petitioner Bhanwar Lal S/o Ganga Ram Dhakar, shall be released on interim bail for further period of 30 days’ on the same conditions/directions and the bail and bonds furnished by him in terms of the order dated 23.01.2026. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted to the petitioner.

8. Learned Public Prosecutor is directed to procure the status/factual report with regard to the surrender of the petitioner before the Jail Authorities by the next date of hearing.

9. List the matter on 20.04.2026.
