1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in the present writ petitions is squarely covered by the judgment passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of MLD College of Nursing Education Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : SB Civil Writ Petition No.2953/2025, decided on

10.10.2025

2. Learned counsel for the respondents are not in a position to dispute the aforesaid submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The judgment so passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court is quoted below :

"1. The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:-

“(I) The respondent may kindly be directed to accept the scholarship forms (online/offline) of the students of the petitioner institution for academic session

2024-25 for B.Sc Course;

(ii) The respondent RNC may kindly be directed to recognize the petitioner institution for undertaking B.Sc. Nursing course;

(iii) The respondent Authorities may further be directed to upload the name of the petitioner institution on its official website in the list of eligible institution for undertaking GNM Nursing Course for academic session 2024-2025 onwards;

(iv) Cost of litigation and damages may also be allowed in favour of the petitioner.

(v) Any other appropriate writ or order or direction which is favorable to the petitioner in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be granted to the petitioner”

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that the controversy raised in the present writ petition is identical to the controversy which was earlier considered while deciding the S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.11007/2022 (Radha Krishna Nursing Education Institute Bhilwara Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) wherein a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide its order dated 04.09.2023 disposed of the said writ petition in light of the judgment passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court at Jaipur on 21.10.2022 while deciding S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.11841/2022 (Ganpati keshyo
