Order
12/03/2026 The petitioners/landlord have preferred this writ petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to the Rent Appellate Tribunal, Bhilwara to decide the Rent Appeal No.35/2024 titled as “Ashok Kumar Vs. LRs of Chand Mal & Ors.” expeditiously.
While taking into consideration the provisions of Section
19(8) of the Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001, which provides for time bound and expeditious disposal of the petitions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the instant writ petition with the expectation that the learned Rent Appellate Tribunal, Bhilwara, shall proceed with the adjudication of Rent Appeal with celerity and dispose of the same at the earliest, preferably within a period of ‘180 days’ from today, strictly in accordance with law. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
