1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that an allotment has been made in favour of the petitioners vide order dated 18.11.1989 under the provisions of the Rajasthan Colonization (Allotment and Sale of Government Land in the Indira Gandhi Canal Colony Area) Rules, 1975, which was cancelled by the District Collector vide order dated 01.11.1997 i.e. after 8 years.

2. Challenging the said order, a revision petition has been filed in the year 1997, wherein an interim order was passed and same was operating in favour of the petitioners.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that learned Board of Revenue has dismissed the revision petition and upheld the order dated 01.11.1997. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the learned Board of Revenue has passed the order in cursory manner and without considering the peculiar facts of the case of the petitioners rather referred to the facts of a different case in its order dated 07.08.2025, which is an error apparent on the face of record.

4. Matter requires consideration.

5. Issue notice. Issue notice of the stay application also, returnable within a period of six weeks.

6. In the meantime, status quo with regard to the land in questions shall be maintained by the parties.
