1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a specially abled person having permanent disability of 67% and is working on the post of Teacher Grade-III at Government Upper Primary School Manota Khurd (Nagar), District Deeg, which is having a distance of around 50 kms from residence of the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a complaint has been filed before the State Commissioner for the specially abled persons where, the Commissioner has passed order dated 21.01.2025 in following manner:

A bare perusal there are Circulars dated 18.07.2022 and 21.08.2008 issued by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Coordination, (Group-1) which refers to an earlier circular dated 20.07.2000 and provides that the specially abled persons can be given posting on the placed of their choice, the circular which have been issued by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Coordination, (Group-1) shows that there is no ban on giving transfer/posting to the Specially abled persons on the place of their choice As Under:

3. Learned counsel submits that despite specific directions given by the Commissioner for the specially abled persons, till date, no order whatsoever has been passed by the respondents to post the petitioner at the place of her choice.

In view of the limited grievance raised by the petitioner, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation before the respondent No.2 along with order passed by the State Commissioner for specially abled persons and in case such representation is received by respondent No.2, the same shall be considered and decided by a speaking order withi
