1. The matter comes upon up on an applicaton filed by the petitioners seeking correction in the order dated 19.08.2025, passed by this Court in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.6058/2025, whereby the petition was allowed on the basis of compromise.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, the names of the petitioner Nos.1, 8, 9 & 10 have been wrongly mentioned in the title of the petition, as a result, the incorrect names were reflected in the order dated 19.08.2025 as well and the correct names of the petitioners would be as follows:

1. Sakhi Khan S/o Alude Khan 8. Illiyas Khan S/o Akbar Khan

9. Ide Khan S/o Jadam Khan

10. Alser Khan S/o Akbar Khan

4. It is therefore, prayed that necessary corrections be made in the order dated 19.08.2025.

5. Learned Public Procecutor prays for passing of appropriate order.

6. A perusal of the record reveals that the memo of petition contained incorrect names/father names of the petitioners, which were accordingly reflected in the order dated 19.08.2025.

However, looking to the arguments advanced at bar and the limited prayer for the names of the petitioners, the application is allowed.

7. Accordingly, the order dated 19.08.2025 stands modified and the names of the petitioner Nos.1, 8, 9 & 10 shall now be read as under:

1. Sakhi Khan S/o Alude Khan 8. Illiyas Khan S/o Akbar Khan

9. Ide Khan S/o Jadam Khan

10. Alser Khan S/o Akbar Khan

8. This order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 19.08.2025.
