1. For the sake of handiness the reliefs as prayed in the respective petitions are reproduced hereinbelow:

SBCWP No. 13832/2025 is filed with the following prayers:

"A. appropriate writ, order or directions, the respondents be directed to continue the petitioner on the post of Guest Faculty in their respective subject and respondent may be restrained from replacing the petitioner guest faculty with another set of guest faculty.

B. By an appropriate writ, order or directions the advertisement dated 10.06.2025 for session 2025- 2026 (Annex.09) may kindly be quashed and set aside qua the subject/ post upon which the petitioner is presently working in the respondent University.

C. By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondents be directed to continue the petitioner as Guest Faculty in University and grant minimum of pay-scale of Assistant Professor with all consequential benefits.

D. By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondents be directed to continue the petitioner in the Guest Faculty till the regular selections are held and all the vacant posts of Assistant Professors are filled up by the respondents in the respective subject upon which petitioner is working. In alternative without prejudice to the above prayer, E. By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondents be directed to continue the petitioner on contract basis under the Rajasthan Employment of Contractual Employees against Civil Posts Rules, 2022, with all consequential benefits and directions.

F. Any other order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court deemed just and proper be passed in favour of the Petitioner;

G. Costs of this petition may kindly be allowed to the petitioner;
