1. The instant writ petition has been preferred claiming the following reliefs:-

“Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature thereof thereby direct the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachments/possession made by the Respondent No.5 to

24 through Kachha/Pucca construction over Charagah/Gairmumkin Khasra No.238/509, 321/508, 322/505, 324, 327, 417/513, 419/512, 421, 422/510 and 517/322 situated at village Gadhi Mosmabad, Tehsil Hindaun, District Karoli, Rajasthan and further be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 to 4 to initiate action agasint the respondent No.5 to 24.”

2. A Division Bench of this Court in Jagdish Prashad Meena & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., D.B.
