1. This Criminal Appeal has been preferred by the accused- appellants (for short “the appellants”) assailing the legality and validity of the judgment dated 16.12.2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aklera, District Jhalawar (for brevity “the learned Trial Court”) in Sessions Case No.03/2015 whereby, the appellants have been convicted and sentenced as under:-

Appellant No.1- Sanjay alias Sanju Under Section 302 IPC: Life imprisonment and fine of ₹10,000/-; in default whereof, one month’s additional simple imprisonme
