1. Considered submission of learned counsel for petitioner and perused the material placed on record.

3. Additional service upon standing counsel is also permitted.

4. Mr. Vishnu Dutt Sharma on behalf of Mr. Bhuwnesh Sharma, 5. Office is directed to reflect the name of Mr. Bhuwnesh Sharma, AAG as counsel for respondents.

6. The controversy in the instant case is that the petitioner has claimed his height as 168 cm but the respondents have measured his height as 167.4 cm during PMT (Physical Measurement Test). The counsel for petitioner has referred Annexure-4 report dated 06.12.2025, when height of present petitioner was measured as

167.4 cm.

Having considered the submission and also the material placed on record and in order to balance the equity and also in the interest of justice, it is appropriate that the medical of present petitioner be conducted by a Medical Board and if the height of present petitioner is 168 cm or more, then he may submit a representation to the respondent No.3, who shall consider the representation.

Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for parties and on perusal of material placed on record, without going into the veracity of the claim made by present petitioner and in order to balance the equity, and in the interest of justice, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Superintendent, SMS Hospital, Jaipur to constitute a Medical Board to examine height of petitioner.

9. In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed with following directions:-

(i) The Superintendent, SMS Hospital, Jaipur is directed to constitute a Medical Board to examine and assess the height of present petitioner. The Medical Board shall prepare a report and send it directly to the respondent No.3.

(ii) The petitioner shall appear before the Medical Board/Superintendent, SMS Hospital, Jaipur on 30.01.2026 for medical examination in particular measurement of height.

(iii) If the height of petitioner is found to be 168cm or more as per Clause 6 of the notification dated 09.04.2025, then the petitioner may submit a representation to the respondent No.3, who shall consider the candidature of present petitioner and re-arrange physical fitness test as per rules.

10. The writ petition stands disposed with pending application, if any.
